Below is a summary of items coming to the Committee of the Whole Feb. 27. Recommendations from that committee will go to City Council March 27 for final approval. 3.1 Maureen Barry, CEO, and Nancy Douglas, Board Chair, will make a presentation on the library economic impact statement. (COW-2-17)
3.2 Sandra Yee and Richard Damecour, FVB Energy Inc. will speak to the integrated community energy system. (CW-08-17)
