  • Burlington Downtown Business Association Budget & Levy

  • Gender Neutral Washrooms in City Facilities

Development & Infrastructure Committee, March 22

  • Removal of four city trees at 1071 Gallagher Road (Aldershot Tennis Club)
  • Emerald Ash Borer Action Plan
  • Funding for design of Joseph Brant Museum Transformation Project
  • Approve the owner’s request for removal of the property at 514 Pearl Street (Hughes Cleaver House) from the municipal register for demolition. Recorded vote at March 22 special council meeting (6-1 – I did not support)
  • Approve the owner’s request for removal of the property at 4465 Walkers Line (Van Norman-Sinclair House and Farm) from the municipal register. Recorded vote at March 22 special council meeting:
  • Report back by June 21 on options for a Pilot tree bylaw in Roseland
  • Zoning by-law amendment for 1510 North Service Road to permit a restaurant
  • Receive and file Report TS-06-16 options for enhanced cycling infrastructure on New Street. (Note: staff have generated a separate report with additional options for cycling on New Street that will be considered at the April 19 Development & Infrastructure Committee.   • Receive information provided for a public meeting regarding a proposed zoning bylaw amendment at 2384 Queensway Drive. No staff recommendation has been made on the project yet. That will come at a future meeting.

Committee of the Whole, March 24

  • Receive and file information from finance staff regarding the city’s debt policy and future unfunded capital initiatives.
