Has me wondering, why is the city throwing money towards the proposed development of the Dundas St(Hwy 5)/Kerns' Road ecologically sensitive 'City Park' in anticipation of the week long Pan Am Games in 2015 when a standing 'sports' facility ALREADY EXISTS? Surely it would make more sense to, as needed, upgrade the existing facilities at General Brock Park to satisfy both the requirements of the Games and the local residents who love their park? And, for the record, that was a most uninspired name to give that fantastic tract of unspoilt Niagara Escarpment brow turf - 'City Park' - ugh. ….hmmm, interesing article.
